📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire packaging lifecycle, including design, development, production, and quality control.
• Lead and mentor a team of packaging professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Optimize packaging processes to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure packaging solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Implement and monitor packaging standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
• Utilize advanced packaging machinery and software, such as SAP, to streamline operations and improve decision-making.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and innovation projects to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging management, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
• In-depth knowledge of packaging machinery, materials, and industry standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop packaging professionals.
• Proficient in using packaging software and machinery, including SAP.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with the FMCG industry and its unique challenges is a plus.
