🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, strategic alliances, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of the advertising and marketing industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
