📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to promote sustainable agriculture practices among farmers in Medan and surrounding areas.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in the agribusiness sector.
• Collaborate with farmers, researchers, and industry experts to develop and implement sustainable agriculture solutions.
• Assist in the development and management of agri-technology projects, including the implementation of precision farming techniques and the use of IoT devices.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of agribusiness initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Participate in industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in sustainable agriculture.
• Provide training and support to farmers on the use of agri-technology and sustainable farming practices.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote agribusiness products and services to farmers and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agribusiness development, sustainable agriculture, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of agri-technology, including precision farming, IoT, and other related technologies.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful agribusiness initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with farmers, researchers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analysis.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
