📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform statistical process control (SPC) and quality assurance audits.
• Train and mentor team members on quality and improvement practices.
• Utilize tools such as Minitab, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance process efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and improvement roles.
• Certifications in Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or Lean Manufacturing are a plus.
• Proficient in using quality management software such as Minitab, SAP Quality Management, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and industry standards is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
