📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff scheduling.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, making data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for customers.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Understanding of marketing and sales strategies to drive customer engagement and loyalty.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
