📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues raised by clients.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and marketing.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies.,Good understanding of Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.
