📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell jewellery and gold products to customers,Manage the store's inventory and ensure stock levels are adequate,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints,Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's overall performance,Assist in the organization and execution of store events and promotions,Train and mentor junior staff members,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment,Comply with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery or gold industry,Proven track record of achieving sales targets,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite,Fluent in Indonesian and English,Valid SIM card and motorbike/scooter for work transportation,Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
