PT Teknologi Persada is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Store Manager to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management and a strong understanding of the local market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales tracking.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, including sales targets, customer service, and stock rotation.,Manage and mentor store staff, providing training and support to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive overall business objectives.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Knowledge of retail software and systems, including POS, inventory management, and reporting tools.,Familiarity with the local market and consumer trends in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
