📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the production team.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop effective training solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet the required standards.,Provide coaching and mentoring to production team members to support their professional development.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Maintain and update training records and documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training programs and processes.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the production team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Proficient in using training management software and other relevant tools.,Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.,Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
