📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.,Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network with potential and existing clients.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company remains competitive and innovative.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.,Proven track record of success in managing key client relationships and driving sales growth.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to travel as needed to attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
