Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide recommendations.Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment metrics and progress.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and organization.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Fluent in both Indonesian and English.🛠️ Keahlian
