Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Work closely with other departments, such as finance and marketing, to ensure that all operations are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.,Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met, and that the company is operating in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all materials and services are obtained in a timely and cost-effective manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor and analyze operational data.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
