Daily, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, develop engaging learning materials, and measure the impact of our initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions
• Create and deliver engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training
• Utilize learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Cornerstone to track and manage training programs
• Conduct needs assessments and learning evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of training initiatives
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization
• Report on the success and impact of training programs to stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing training programs
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Cornerstone
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze data and measure the impact of training initiatives
• Certification in instructional design or a related field is a plus
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
