Point Go Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Training Officer to join our team in Banjarmasin. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Design and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training activities.,Assess training needs and create development plans for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs are relevant and impactful.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Certification in training and development (e.g., ATP, CPLP) is a plus.
