📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of sales assistants and cashiers.,Ensure accurate and efficient cash handling and transaction processing.,Promote products and services to customers to drive sales.,Maintain a clean and organized work environment.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Train and develop new team members to enhance their skills.,Assist in inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or cashier roles.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of accounting and financial transactions.,Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience in a retail or sales environment is a plus.
