As the front face of our hotel, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.,Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes efficiently.,Manage the front desk operations, including room assignments and billing.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and files.,Promote the hotel's amenities, services, and special offers to guests.,Resolve guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.,Perform other duties as assigned by the hotel management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software.,Familiarity with local language and culture is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
