📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Manage and motivate a team of outlet managers and staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks as needed.,Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and address feedback.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve company goals.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and operational excellence.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
