PT Dinamika Pancaran is looking for a Lead HR Manager to join our team in Singkawang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for helping employees and the organization achieve their goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire human resources function, ensuring compliance with local and national labor laws.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support.,Manage the recruitment process, including job advertising, interview scheduling, and candidate selection.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and equality.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring a fair and impartial resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong leadership and team management skills.
