📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and oversee all financial transactions and records.
  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of financial statements.
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to department heads and employees.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other financial software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
