📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Oversee the accounting department and provide guidance and support to the accounting team.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.,Monitor cash flow and liquidity to ensure the financial stability of the company.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulations.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with hybrid work models and remote collaboration tools.
