Your role is crucial in ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and your responsibilities will include greeting customers, handling inquiries, and assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greet customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out processes for customers.
  • Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including arranging meeting rooms and facilities.
  • Monitor and maintain security and safety protocols at the reception area.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Fluency in Indonesian is required.
