As a Driver Partner Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our driver partners. You will use tools like Google Maps API, Slack, and Trello to streamline communication and ensure that all drivers have the resources they need to succeed. Your daily tasks will include conducting driver onboarding, providing ongoing support, and addressing any issues that may arise. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that our drivers are always available and ready to serve our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and nurture relationships with driver partners to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
Conduct driver onboarding and training to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Provide ongoing support to drivers, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
Use Google Maps API, Slack, and Trello to streamline communication and manage driver data.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless ride-hailing and logistics operations.
Monitor driver performance and provide feedback to help them improve.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
Represent the company at driver events and community engagements to build brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relationship management, driver recruitment, or a similar role.
Proven experience in using Google Maps API, Slack, and Trello.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Familiarity with the Indonesian market and the ride-hailing industry is a plus.
Knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in Bali.
Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
