📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and guidance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels.,Assist in the planning and execution of store promotions and events.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail management role.,Proven track record of successful store management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian retail industry.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
