📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Manage and coordinate business development projects from inception to completion.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.,Prepare and present regular business development reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of the tourism and hospitality industry.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools is a plus.
