As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained, efficiently utilized, and operated safely. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Monitor fuel consumption and manage fuel procurement to ensure cost efficiency.,Track vehicle usage and performance to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to resolve any issues related to fleet operations.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Participate in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Valid driver's license and good driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
