📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea flavors using high-quality ingredients
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning and restocking equipment
• Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to health and safety regulations
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, and provide excellent customer service
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in the coffee and tea industry
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the food and beverage industry
• Strong knowledge of coffee and tea preparation techniques, including steaming milk, pulling espresso, and making various types of drinks
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and follow instructions
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg)
• Valid food handling certificate or willingness to obtain one
